The result is Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) on demand, and an important layer of decision-making information within the same time frame, pace, and environment that building designs are generated. Tally is easy to use and requires no special modeling practices.

For years, architects, engineers, and contractors have focused their efforts on reducing the amount of energy used to operate buildings. As buildings become more energy efficient, a larger percentage of the environmental impacts generated over the lifetime of a building comes from the manufacture, transportation, construction, and demolition of building materials. While many architects and engineers are aware of these embodied environmental impacts, few have the resources and expertise to be able to examine and compare the overall sustainability of different building material options. Tally answers this need for the design and building industry. To learn more or to request a free trial, visit choosetally.com.

@shimbu shambu, I also faced the same problem and resolved it by changing the date value in DATE tag. This issue occured due to the variation in the date that of passing in the xml and the current date in tally. If you are using the educational version of tally then you can't change the date in the tally. You have to change it in the xml file.

the above code will indicate the ledger and the bill passed from java to tally for the company name, when XML message is be passed to tally make sure that tally is having the same arguments which is passed or modify where ever necessary otherwise message will not pass and you will get a error which can be seen in java Console as well as in tally.imp file on Tally.ERP9 root folder. For doubt regarding the tally XML message structure from your tally just fetch the backup of the Ledger or any other which ever you need to send data to get the format.. or refer the links which was useful for me to send a correct format of XML.

The original Electoral College plan worked successfully for the two times that George Washington was elected president. However, a major flaw became apparent after the election of 1796. According to the Constitution each elector cast only one ballot with two names on it. John Adams, a Federalist, received the largest number of votes. Thomas Jefferson, the Democratic Republican, lost to Adams by three votes and became vice-president. The framers were not in favor of political parties and had made no mention of them in the Constitution. Yet here were a president and vice-president from different parties, and Adams and Jefferson were strongly opposed on many major issues including states' rights, the power and size of the national government, and tariffs. The outcome of the election of 1796 would influence the way electors would be chosen as well as how they would vote in future elections.

Today most Americans perceive the Electoral College as a formality necessitated by the Constitution. Electors meet in their states on the Tuesday after the second Wednesday in December and cast their votes just as they did in 1824. The votes are sealed and sent to Washington, D.C., where they are opened and counted before a joint session of Congress when they convene in January. In recent history, rarely has an elector failed to vote automatically for the candidate winning his or her state's popular votes, with the exception of Maine and Nebraska, which do not follow the winner-take-all system. In 2016, there were seven "faithless electors" who voted for candidates other than Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton. In 2020, all electors voted for the candidates they were pledged to.

Proponents of the Electoral College claim that critics exaggerate the risks in our present system, pointing to the very small number of occasions where their concerns have come to fruition. Only two elections in our history were ever decided in the House and none since 1825. The Electoral College system also reduces the possibility of voter fraud; in a direct national election, votes could be bought anywhere, even in heavily concentrated Democratic or Republican states, where under the present system, few would bother to attempt such a thing. In addition, while small states may be overrepresented under the present system, under any other alternatives smaller states would virtually be ignored. Most importantly, supporters of the Electoral College would add that it is a tried and true system, one that is efficient, identifies a winner quickly, and avoids recounts. For these reasons, Americans would be foolish to risk experimenting with a new one.

Citizens and lawmakers have been generating ideas and engaging in debates about the Electoral College for two centuries, with the most recent resurgence occurring after the election of 2000. The question is whether this pattern will continue, or can lawmakers craft a clear and compelling plan that will generate the kind of political and public support necessary to affect a constitutional amendment. History has demonstrated that it is more realistic to expect the present system to endure, as each reform idea works to the advantage or disadvantage of a different interested and vocal group.

This era has given new horizons to the combination of service and technology. Several innovative methods have been explored for assessment and evaluation related to different domains including cancer care and education sector. Though technology has always influenced these two sectors majorly, however COVID-19 situation has redefined the different intersects where technology shall be implemented during process like diagnosis and prognosis in cancer care; and assessment and evaluation in education sector. This new era has marked the beginning of exploration of untouched spheres of technology. It is much about technology reaching to people (cancer patients and students) in the most effective and friendly ways with better outcomes [1-2-3-4-5]. These implications are procedures/processes accessible from distant locations, equally appropriate by incorporating vivid simulations of real-world situations. The new ways invented during this era are more flexible, responsive and contextual; and will be followed for next several decades. This has evolved next generation of service and technology combination through better incorporation and management of timing, accessibility, pathways, feedbacks and item types as compared to traditional methods. Incorporation of more and more computing and telecommunications devices has a major lay down in this era. This will be much about digital literacy and its implementation. These new methods will be combination of both synchronous and asynchronous. The main purpose of these implementations is to minimize personal or face-to-face contact, and increase virtual interactions through telephonic assistance or video consultations, particularly for pre-treatment meetings and follow-up appointments in cancer care. Both these methods have their own advantages & disadvantages as well. But the motive of both these methods on education sector is to impart required and necessary information through incorporation of different digital platforms [6-7-8-9]. Online instruction is led in two different ways. The first is using recorded information, which, when opened out to open, are alluded to as Massive Open Online Course (MOOCs). The subsequent one is utilizing live online directed as online classes, or zoom meetings [10-11-12-13-14]. 17dc91bb1f
