The biggest problem students faced after pursuing a Tally Course is their lack of confidence. This leads to students not wanting to apply for jobs or differ any job offers that fall on their laps.
They usually make self-persuasive statements like โIโve many personal works at homeโ, โI will apply next month (or later)โ
The lack of confidence has its root in the sense of incompetence that they felt while learning the Tally course.
We feel the incompetence is basically not the fault of the students alone but other factors likeโฆ
i) Syllabus not relevant to the current industry norms.
ii) The inability on the part of trainers to explain complex concepts into simple, easy-to-digest, logical, and everyday usable activities.
iii) Too many students in a batch and so not able to provide personalized supervision.
iv) Not enough practice to master the skills.
v) Institute is too focused on the turnover of the students and not on the actual learning of the students to the job-oriented approach.
So, students feel frustrated and have no confidence about their eligibility as employees.
The problem needs to be solved because:
* The gap between the job provider and job seekers is getting wider and wider.
* Many employment opportunities are thrown out.
* There is a lot of wastage of studentsโ time and career prospects.
In our case, we solved the problem and we are sure that it is a solution to help you, too. We do by...
1. Keeping the batch small, usually 10-12 students.
2. Supervise each student on their level of understanding and help them move in baby steps.
3. Provide enough time to practices to feel comfortable with the latest platform and latest industrial norms.
4. We focus on actual learnings and help them on getting a job soon.
And with our program called Tally Essential Comprehensive, you will never have that problem experience again.
