Users are responsible for ensuring that any recorded or uploaded content follows the policies of their school, university, or workplace. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your institution’s guidelines regarding recording and sharing content.
Users must not record or upload copyrighted content without explicit permission from the copyright owner. This includes text, images, videos, and other protected materials.
Users must not record or share sensitive conversations or confidential information that violate privacy laws. This includes private discussions and legally protected communications.
Height Predictor – TallTell does not support or take responsibility for unauthorized recordings or uploads that violate institutional policies, copyright laws, or privacy regulations. Users are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
By using Height Predictor – TallTell, you agree to indemnify us against any legal consequences arising from unauthorized recording or distribution of content.
For auto-renewing subscriptions made within our iOS app, the following terms apply:
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Subscriptions may be managed by the user in Account Settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon subscription purchase
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period
Subscription cost depends on the selected plan
Available Plans (may vary by location):
Weekly Subscription: $4.99 per week (auto-renewable)
Yearly Subscription: $29.99 per year (auto-renewable)
We may change subscription fees at any time. You will be notified in advance, giving you the option to cancel. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated pricing.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the App Store. You must contact Apple support directly for such requests.
We may offer free trials for a limited time. If you provide billing details, you will not be charged until the trial ends.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for the selected subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trial offers at any time.
Our app may include optional in-app purchases for additional features or subscriptions.
Purchases are managed through your device settings and App Store policies
Purchases cannot be canceled once processing begins
Items are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
If there is an issue with a purchase, we will investigate and attempt to resolve it. If necessary, we will assist with a refund through the App Store.
Refunds may be granted only if:
Request is made within 30 days of purchase or renewal
Subscription has not been excessively used or violated terms
There are unresolved technical issues caused by the app
Duplicate or accidental payments occurred
Refunds are not provided for unused or inactive subscriptions. Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings to avoid unwanted charges.
