Luna is a boarder used in our lesson program.  Due to her age, Luna is currently only doing the occasional trail ride or pony ride.  We'd say she's earned the right to enjoy her golden years grazing and getting loved on!

Gunny is Heidi Golden's horse.  He has been trained in reining and ranch work, but is no longer being used in lessons.  He will continue his work with his owner while we continue giving him plenty of attention around the barn.

Chessie joined our team in late 2022 and jumped right into things.  She has been a huge asset to our lesson program, being calm enough to show beginners the ropes while still being challenging enough to help our advanced riders grow their talents.

Artie joined Tall Tales in late 2022, and after a brief adjustment period joined our lessons.  Artie is used for all levels of lessons, from lead line to advanced.  He's proven himself to be safe and energetic at the same time, the perfect mixture for our students.

Rajah is Rachel Chichester's horse, joining us in 2023.  She loves getting attention from our students and is a very sweet horse to be around.  Rajah has a healthy dose of personality and spunk during rides, so she's only being used for advanced riders right now.

Zen is being boarded here by her owner, Jen Blount.  We have completely fallen in love with her personality and are so happy to have her here!  Zen enjoys mostly intermediate-advanced riders, as she's a sensitive soul.

Norman is a lesson horse alumni, coming to join our program on lease from his owner, Ruth Beck, with many years of experience under his belt.  He's almost as cute as he is talented, and we're so excited to have him with us!  Norman is currently being used in beginner lessons and trails, a well-deserved step down towads retirement.

Indy is owned by Hope Windsor, she joined our team in early 2025 and has won everyone's hearts since then.  Indy is the perfect mix of safe and spunky, making her perfect for all level of riders.

Quinn is on lease from his owner, Sarah Grattan.  He joined us in the fall of 2025.  Quinn is the perfect all-rounder type, his goal is to please and he never fails at his goals.  We just adore having such a sweet, saintly guy in our program.
