2. Information We Collect and Process When you use the Talk with Krishna feature, you input text (questions, thoughts, or prompts) to receive guidance based on the Bhagavad Gita.

• Chat Data: We process the text you submit solely to generate a contextual, AI-driven response.

• Personal Information: We do not require you to provide personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or phone number) to use this specific conversational feature.

3. How Your Data is Stored (Local Storage) Your privacy is our priority. We utilize local device storage for your conversations.

• On-Device Only: Your chat history and recent conversations with Krishna are saved directly on your mobile device.

• No Server Storage: We do not store, log, or maintain a database of your chat history on our external servers. Your spiritual journey remains private to your device.

4. Data Deletion and Control You have complete control over your conversation data.

• Clearing Chats: You can delete your chat history at any time by using the "Clear Chat" (or similar) option within the app. Once you trigger this action, the locally stored data is permanently deleted from your device.

• App Uninstallation: Because the data is stored locally, completely uninstalling the Gita 365 application from your device will also remove the associated chat history.

5. AI Processing via Google Gemini API To provide you with intelligent, context-aware guidance, the text prompts you submit within the "Talk with Krishna" feature are securely transmitted to and processed by the Google Gemini API.

• Real-Time Processing: Your inputs are used strictly in real-time to generate the AI response and are returned to your device.

• No Public Model Training: In accordance with Google’s API data privacy policies, the questions and thoughts you share are not used by Google to train their public generative AI models.

• Anonymity: We do not link your conversational data sent to the API with personally identifiable information like your name or email.

6. Children's Privacy This feature is designed for general audiences seeking spiritual wisdom. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we add new features or modify existing ones. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy or through an in-app notification.
