Replacing The Talk Slots

You can replace the purchased talk slot with another talk slot.
If the call is unsuccessful or is not established, you can replace it with another slot to compensate (recovery) for the customers.

Visit the Talkport Manager Site and log in

After logged in, you will see a list of reserved calls

Click "Details" of the Talk you want to replace

In "Replace Reservation Slots" at the bottom of the Detail Page, select the desired slot and save it.

  • If there are no more slots to replace or no candidates are displayed...
    Please log in with distributor account and create a new Talk. It will be displayed after it is created.

  • Please note that replacement is only possible with the same conditions of call slots.
    If you have the same distributor, the same Talk time, and the same price, they will be displayed as candidates for replacement.

  • Please perform the replacement after confirming with the customer in advance.
    Even if you replace it on the distribution side, the customer may not be aware, or the replacement time may be inconvenient and the customer may not be able to answer the call. Therefore, please contact the customer by phone or e-mail before replacement, and perform after confirming and consenting from the customer.
