Welcome to the TalkLuv app, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use, and share information through our Services.

We take the protection and confidentiality of your information very seriously. When you use the app, you may provide information in conversations with your TalkLuv AI companion. We only process this information in the ways described in this Privacy Policy, such as to allow you to have personalized and secure conversations and interactions with your AI Companion and to allow your AI Companion to learn from your interactions to improve your conversations. We may also use information about your visit to our website to promote our services, but we will never use the content of your TalkLuv conversations for marketing or advertising purposes or disclosure.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Information You Provide

Through your use of the Services, you may provide us with the following information:

a. Account Information. This includes your name, email address, and password. If you choose to sign in using another service, such as Google or Apple, we receive information about the service you use to sign in, and (depending on the account settings you choose on Google and Apple) details about you, including your name, email address, or unique user identifier.

b. Profile Information. When you register for the app, we may ask you to provide your date of birth, pronouns, and employment status.

c. Information and Content. This includes information you send and receive through the App, such as voice and text messages.

d. Interests and Preferences. You can choose conversation preferences, such as the topics you want to discuss, and communication preferences, such as when you prefer to use the app. We also learn about your interests and preferences through your use of the Services to personalize your conversations and the functionality of the Services.

e. Payments, Transactions, and Rewards. When you make a purchase through the Services, our third-party payment processors collect your payment information. We keep a record of your purchases, the features you choose, and the rewards you earn and use.

1.2. Information We Collect Automatically

We automatically record the following information about you, your computer or mobile device, your network, and your long-term interactions with our services and our communications:

a. Device and Network Data. This includes your computer or mobile device's operating system, make and model, browser, IP address, device and cookie identifiers, language settings, mobile device carrier, and general location information such as city, state, or geographic region.

b. Use Data. This includes information about how you use the Services, such as your interactions with the Services, the links and buttons you click, and page visits.

Our advertising partners may also use such technologies to collect limited information about your device and interaction with the Services, such as the links you click, the pages you visit, your IP address, advertising ID, and browser type, but they will never access your conversations with TalkLuv or any photos or other content you submit through the App.

2.1 Use of Your Information

We will use your information for the following purposes:

a. Why and how we use your information: To provide you with a personalized AI companion and to allow you to personalize your profile, interests, and AI companion. Enables you to have personalized and safe conversations and interactions with your AI companion and allows your AI companion to learn from your interactions to improve your conversations. Sync your TalkLuv history across the devices you use to access the service.

b. To prevent fraud, criminal activity, and misuse of our Services, and to ensure the security of our IT systems, architecture, and networks (including testing, system maintenance, support, and data hosting).

c. Aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified personal information. Analyze the use and effectiveness of our services. To improve and increase the functionality of our Service. To develop our business and marketing strategy.

d. Why and how we use your information: To send you information via email that we think will be of interest to you, such as information about our services, features, and surveys. To display and target advertisements on the Internet about our Services.

e. Enforce and comply with our terms and policies. To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property and those of others. To ensure the integrity of our services. Verify the age of registered users.

3. How We Share Information

3.1. Service Providers

We share your information with companies and individuals who provide services on our behalf or help us operate our services or business (e.g., hosting, information technology, customer support, email delivery, and web analytics services). We also share information with companies that provide marketing services on our behalf, but we do not share the content of your TalkLuv conversations for marketing or advertising purposes. For example, we may share your email address with marketing service providers to send you marketing emails on our behalf and to help us identify other individuals who may be interested in our services. We require these marketing service providers to agree not to use your email address for any other purpose.

3.2. Professional Advisors

In the course of providing professional services to us, we may share aggregate information with professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, and insurers, as needed.

a. Advertising Partners

We share information about visitors to our website, such as the links you click, the pages you visit, IP addresses, advertising IDs, and browser types, with advertising companies for interest-based advertising and other marketing purposes. Sharing this information enables us and our advertising partners to target and serve ads to you and others. We will never share your TalkLuv conversations or any photos or other content you provide in the app with our advertising partners, nor will we use such information for marketing or advertising purposes.

b. Authorities and others

We may share information with law enforcement and government departments because we believe in good faith that this is necessary or appropriate for the purposes of legal compliance and protection as described in Section 2 above.

c. Business Assignees

If we are involved in a strategic transaction, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, or transfer of services to another provider (collectively, the "Transaction"), your personal information and other information may be shared with the counterparty and others assisting in the due diligence process and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that Transaction, along with other assets.

4. How We Protect Your Information

We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Your account is password protected to protect your privacy and security. You must choose and appropriately protect your password and log out once you have accessed your account to restrict access to your computer or device and browser to prevent unauthorized access to your account and personal information.

All transmitted data is encrypted in transit. All stored data is kept on a secure server. Access to stored data is protected by multiple layers of security controls, including firewalls, role-based access controls, and passwords.

While we use commercially reasonable efforts to protect data, no technology, data transmission, or system can be guaranteed to be  100% secure. In the event of a security breach that results in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access of your data, we will notify you as soon as we discover the problem.

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1. Opting Out of Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing-related emails and other communications by following the unsubscribe or unsubscribe instructions in the communications we send you, or by contacting us as provided in the "Contact Us" section below. You may continue to receive service-related emails and other non-marketing emails from us.

5.2. Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information and Sharing for Targeted Advertising

We share information with third-party advertising partners and allow them to use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your visit to our website in order to display targeted advertising on the web, as described in the "How We Share Your Information" section above. Subject to applicable law, our disclosure of information to these partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or "targeted advertising." You can opt-out of these disclosures and limit our use of tracking technologies.

6. Use by Minors

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. If we discover that a minor under the age of 16 is using the App, we will immediately block their access and delete their account. If you have reason to believe that a minor under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information through the Services, please contact us and we will endeavor to remove that information from our databases.

7. Tracking and Analytics Technologies

TalkLuv.AI and our third party partners, affiliates, or analytics service providers use standard tracking and analytic technologies (like web beacons, SDKs, APIs, scripts and tags) to identify your computer/device, to “remember” things about your visit or your use of the Services (such as your preferences or a user name), to collect information about how you use our Services, your computer or device and the health of the Services and to help us understand things like, what pages and features you use and the games you play.

For our mobile apps and games on iOS , we use the services of APPSFLYER LTD(9 Andrei Sakharov St.Building 25 North, Matam Park Haifa, 3508409,Israel ) We use the AppsFlyer SDK (Software Development Kit) which is an analytics service that provides us the ability to obtain and collect statistical data on the usage of our games and apps so that we can better understand how our users are using our games and apps. For this purpose, AppsFlyer processes mobile identifiers such as IDFA, GAID or similar mobile identifiers. Such information may be linked to or combined with other personal information we process about you, such as your user ID, for purposes such as improving the quality of the Services, tailoring recommendations to your interests, providing and personalizing the Services including making the Services easier to use, and for fraud prevention, security and authentication purposes.
