How to update old version to new?
Open Talking Penguin Tux then right click on penguin and find button "Check For Updates" if it says v1.7 is available press yes to download new version, if it says latest version then you don't have to do anything

Make sure you installed the correct version "v1.7 Windows 7 Edition" if you installed v1.7, uninstall the v1.7 and install v1.7 Windows 7 Edition
