TalkingChat Pro is an iOS application available on the Apple App Store. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the application (the “App”).

TalkingChat Pro does not require users to create an account and does not ask users to provide personal information such as:

Email address
Phone number
Postal address
Payment information
The App does not directly collect personal data from users.
The App may request access to the device’s camera in order to allow users to take a profile photo.
Camera access is used only when the user chooses to take a photo inside the App.
The App does not continuously access or record from the camera.
Photos taken remain stored locally on the user’s device unless the user chooses to use them within the App.
The App does not transmit camera images to external servers.
The App may request access to the device’s Photo Library so users can choose an existing image as a profile photo.
The App only accesses photos that the user explicitly selects.
The App does not scan or access the entire photo library.
Selected images remain stored locally on the user’s device.
The App may collect limited technical information necessary for analytics and marketing attribution. This may include:
Device model
Operating system version
App version
App interaction events (such as installs and app launches)
Device identifiers including the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), if permission is granted

TalkingChat Pro uses Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework.
When you first open the App after installation or update, you may see a system prompt requesting permission to allow tracking.
This permission allows the App to use device identifiers to help improve app features and provide more relevant content.
If permission is granted, the App may access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for analytics and attribution purposes.
If permission is denied, the App will continue to function normally and the IDFA will not be accessed.

The App integrates AppsFlyer, a mobile attribution and analytics platform.
AppsFlyer may process certain technical information including:
advertising identifiers (IDFA when permitted)
app instance identifiers
device model and operating system version
