Any such activity will result in immediate action, including removal of content, suspension or termination of user access, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required.
Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the application.
If a user encounters content or behavior that violates this policy, they are encouraged to report it immediately through the app or by contacting our support team.
Reports are reviewed as quickly as possible and appropriate action will be taken.
TalkiNest is intended for users 13 years of age or older.
The platform is not designed for children under the age of 13.
If we become aware that a user under the minimum age is using the application, appropriate steps will be taken to remove the account and associated data.
TalkiNest actively works to prevent the distribution of harmful or illegal content by:
providing reporting tools for users
reviewing reported content
removing content that violates platform policies
