Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the TalkieCat: Cat Translator mobile application ("App") operated by Veysel Yesilmen ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
TalkieCat is an entertainment application that provides:
Cat sound analysis and translation (for entertainment purposes)
A library of cat sounds and emotions
Cat call whistles and training sounds
Interactive cat games
Cat care articles and information
Cat profile management
Disclaimer: The cat translation feature is designed for entertainment purposes only. Translations are not scientifically accurate representations of cat communication. Do not rely on the App for veterinary, behavioral, or medical decisions regarding your pet.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use this App and agree to these Terms.
The App does not require account registration. All user data (cat profiles, preferences) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
The App offers limited features for free, supported by advertisements.
TalkieCat Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks all features and removes advertisements.
Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
Annual Subscription: $19.99 USD per year (price may vary by region)
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions or Google Play > Subscriptions)
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
Use the App to harm, harass, or disturb animals in any way
Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the App or its content
Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or services
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio files, animations, icons, and software, are owned by Veysel Yesilmen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App requires microphone access to analyze cat sounds. By granting microphone permission, you acknowledge that:
Audio is processed locally on your device in real-time
No audio recordings are stored, saved, or transmitted to external servers
You can revoke microphone access at any time through your device settings
The translation feature will not function without microphone access
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Cat translations are accurate or scientifically valid
The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the App will be corrected
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Veysel Yesilmen SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
The App is designed to enhance the bond between cats and their owners. You agree to:
Use cat sounds and whistles responsibly and not at excessive volumes
Not use the App in any way that could distress, harm, or disturb animals
Monitor your cat's reaction to sounds and discontinue use if your cat shows signs of stress
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veysel Yesilmen and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
