Veysel Yesilmen ("we", "our", or "us") operates the TalkieCat: Cat Translator mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
Cat Profile Data: When you create a cat profile, we store the cat's name, breed, age, and photo locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers.
Audio Data: The App accesses your device's microphone to detect and analyze cat sounds. Audio is processed locally on your device in real-time and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server.
Device Information: We may collect anonymous device identifiers, device type, operating system version, and app version for analytics and crash reporting purposes.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics such as feature usage frequency, session duration, and interaction patterns to improve the App experience.
Subscription purchases are processed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store any payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details. Purchase validation is handled through RevenueCat, our subscription management partner.

All personal data (cat profiles, preferences, app settings) is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We do not maintain external databases containing your personal information.
Anonymous analytics data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption and access controls.
Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

Access: Request information about what data we hold about you
Delete: Request deletion of your data by uninstalling the App (local data) or contacting us (analytics data)
Opt-out: Disable analytics collection through your device settings
Portability: Your cat profile data is stored locally and can be managed within the App
The free version of our App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads may use anonymous device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant advertisements. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's privacy settings. Premium subscribers do not see advertisements.
Local data is retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 24 months for analysis purposes and then automatically deleted.
Anonymous analytics data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
