Welcome to TalkBridgeAI! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TalkBridgeAI mobile application ("App") provided by [Your Company Name], a company registered in the Netherlands ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TalkBridgeAI. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the App.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Weekly Subscription: TalkBridgeAI offers a weekly subscription for premium features. The subscription auto-renews every week at the price displayed in the App (e.g., $X.XX in the U.S.), unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. You agree to their payment terms and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
Restore Purchases: If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your active subscription using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App, as required by Apple and Google guidelines.
3. User Content
Screenshots and Messages: TalkBridgeAI allows you to upload screenshots and messages for analysis (e.g., dating conversation feedback). You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze it to provide our services.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights (e.g., privacy or intellectual property).
4. Privacy and Data
We collect and process personal data (e.g., screenshots, messages, and subscription details) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Since TalkBridgeAI operates in the U.S., we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable U.S. laws. As a company registered in the Netherlands, we also adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU users.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and features of TalkBridgeAI are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.
6. Third-Party Services
TalkBridgeAI integrates with third-party services, such as GPT APIs for screenshot analysis. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these services.
You agree to comply with the terms of third-party providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, OpenAI).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or interrupted access. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to TalkBridgeAI at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, as our company is registered there. However, for users in the U.S., disputes will be resolved in accordance with U.S. federal and state laws. Any legal action will be brought in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless local laws require otherwise (e.g., U.S. consumer protection laws).
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
