TalkSync End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the TalkSync application. By using TalkSync, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use TalkSync.

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, TalkSync grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the TalkSync application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the TalkSync application.

Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security measures or access controls implemented in TalkSync.

Use TalkSync in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

TalkSync and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of TalkSync or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or TalkSync. You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use TalkSync and deleting all copies of the application from your device. TalkSync may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranty

TalkSync is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TalkSync be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Amendments

TalkSync reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication. Your continued use of TalkSync after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
