I’m a counselling psychologist with a Master’s in Counselling from Christ University. Since entering the field, I’ve worked with children with special needs—an experience that has profoundly shaped my understanding of human growth, resilience, and the importance of compassionate care.
My clinical foundation was further enriched through supervised training at Heart It Out, where I deepened my skills in ethical practice, psychological assessment, and empathetic therapeutic engagement. I continue to counsel corporate professionals and college students, offering tailored support that reflects the evolving challenges of academic, workplace, and personal life.
Drawing from these varied experiences, I founded Talkhereapy—a space built on empathy, accessibility, and collaboration. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where therapy feels empowering and personal, and where each client is encouraged to author their own narrative of healing.
Session Essentials
Sessions are confirmed only when payment is received.
Late payments may result in session rescheduling, depending on availability.
You may reschedule a session with at least 1 hours’ notice via message or email.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of the session may incur a partial fee.
If you do not join the session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be considered canceled with no refund issued. Should you anticipate any delay, please reach out in advance — I’m happy to accommodate where possible.
In case of emergencies, please communicate promptly—I understand life can be unpredictable.
All sessions are held in strict confidence, in line with ethical counseling standards.
Confidentiality has legal limits in situations involving risk of harm or legal obligations.
Please note: Therapy services are currently offered exclusively as individual therapy. If you have any special requests or specific needs, please feel free to reach out—I’ll be glad to explore how I can support you.
Each session lasts approximately 45 - 60 minutes
The session begins on time to honor both our commitments. Please note that late arrivals will not result in session extensions.
