Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the full appointment fee or a minimum of $25 from the deposit, whichever applies.
• No-shows will be charged the full cost of the original appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Severe weather exceptions: If unsafe weather prevents you from attending, your appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.

*Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. To book a new appointment, a fresh deposit will be required.

Due to the structure of the schedule, we are generally unable to accommodate late arrivals or make up lost time within the session.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting appointment times, as it allows every client to receive their full, dedicated service without interruption.
