The Tales of Karna and kunti

This is a Portfolio project for the class MLLL- 4993 Epics of India at the University of Oklahoma.

Originally I had started this Portfolio project off as a collection of my favorite stories I wrote for this class. However, I ended up creating a set of stories about three of the major characters in the Mahabharata: Karna, Arjuna, and Kunti. So now it is my Portfolio/Storybook collection.

A little something about my stories:

• Inner Thoughts: This is a little story about the battle between Arjuna and Karna. I decided to imagine what their inner thoughts would be and gave them a modern language twist.
• Rough Goodbyes: This is a story about Kunti, the mother of the Pandavas, having to give up her first son, Karna.
• The Tournament: This story is about the tournament that takes place between the Pandavas and Kauravas after they have completed their training from Kripacharya and Drona.
