ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

We are holding such a film festival for the first time on the Internet.

We invite everyone who has a camera, mobile phone, love to shoot videos and write scripts to take part in online Amateur film festival

“Talents of the world”.

We have created an international screenwriting competition for screenwriters.

You can send us your best script for the festival.

You can shoot a movie with your camera or mobile phone and send it to us for the festival.

All you need is your passion for shooting and an interesting story from your point of view.

This can be an interview, a story about a person, sketches from nature, shooting yourself, etc.

The main thing is the desire to show the world yourself and other interesting stories, your own and someone else's inner world.

The film festival consists of the main program of competitive selection and the media and film production market.

The organizers want to find talents to help them open up and select the best films and scripts that will be interesting to an international audience.

PURPOSE OF THE FESTIVAL

Our festival was created to help creative people during the COVID-19 epidemic.

We give every creative person an opportunity to express themselves at the Amateur film festival and to express themselves and their talent all over the world.

Establishing and expanding creative connections between filmmakers from different countries who are looking for international cooperation and implementation of their projects.

Opening of new names.

We provide unique opportunities for beginners to get professional ratings and enrich their experience.

Popularization of moral cinema.

FESTIVAL PARTICIPANT

A festival participant can be either a professional or novice cinematographer or screenwriter who agrees with all the points of our festival and undertakes to fulfill its requirements.

A Director, producer, or actor can present a film at the Talents of the world festival.

The total number of representatives of one film work — no more than five people.

All films must have been made in the last 5 years

The date of production is determined by the copyright indicated on the movie or video copy.

Language: English, Polish. Otherwise, subtitles in English or Polish are required.

Russian-language films selected for the competition program must have English or Polish subtitles.

Works are accepted via file-sharing services in the following formats:. MKV, MP4, MPEG, M2C. Movies and videos must be of proper quality to be shown on the big screen.

Payment is made on the websites of online platforms when submitting an application through these systems.

Via Bank transfer to the company's current account.

You can pay for participation using the payment buttons on the festival's website.

The application is considered incomplete if there is no corresponding payment and in this case it will not be considered by the selection Committee.

The “Talents of the world” festival reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify any unsuitable applications without a refund.

REFUSAL TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FESTIVAL !

After receiving the entry fee, we can not refund the money!

The organizing Committee reserves the right to exclude from the program films that do not correspond to the spirit of the festival in their content, artistic or technical parameters.

The festival organizers are not obliged to inform about the reasons for refusing to participate in the competition.

WHAT KIND OF MOVIES ARE NOT ALLOWED!

Films that violate or call for violation of the current legislation of European countries.

Films that offend the dignity of a person, group, or denomination.

Films that call for racial hatred.

Movies that openly or covertly advertise products or services.

Videos sent to the festival will not be returned.

By submitting films, the author and copyright holder agrees to all the points of our festival and the rules.

The copyright of the Director / screenwriter for the film / script remains with the copyright holder both during the competition and after it, or in case of victory.

When we select projects for further collaboration, we enter into a contract for co-production or further promotion of the project with the author of the script or the copyright holder of the film.

SCREENWRITING CONTEST

Only screenwriters who do not currently earn a living writing films or television programs can participate in the game script competition.

All submitted scripts must be written in English, Polish, or Russian.

Scripts must not be sold later than October 1, 2020.

Applicants must notify the Talents of the world film festival of any status changes after submitting their application.

Scripts that have reached the semi-finalist level or higher in previous years in any screenwriting competition, film festival, or screenwriting competition are not eligible for re-submission.

Candidates can submit more than one scenario in any selected category.

All applications must be accompanied by a corresponding application fee.

We reserve the right to claim copyright through the right to sign a contract with the script author or copyright holders.

Scripts are not returned under any circumstances.

The Talents of the world festival does not assume any obligations (other than those specified in these Rules or on our website).

personalities of readers or judges;

the notes, reviews, or information related to the submitted material.
