The Team Behind Talent Engine

Talent Engine was founded by three driven individuals who share a passion for football, technology, and creating opportunities for young players:

- Hasan Akhtar – Tech Lead

Hasan is responsible for building and scaling the Talent Engine platform. With a background in computer science and experience in full-stack development, he ensures the technology is robust, user-friendly, and future-proof. His focus is on creating a seamless experience where players and scouts can connect effortlessly.

- Magnus Arinze – Operations & Strategy

Magnus brings organizational vision and operational leadership to Talent Engine. He oversees day-to-day strategy, ensuring the platform grows sustainably and meets the needs of both players and decision-makers. His role bridges the business side with the mission of empowering young footballers.

- Mariam Zayed – Community & Outreach

Mariam leads engagement with players, coaches, and scouts. She ensures Talent Engine remains grounded in the real needs of its users, building trust and fostering a supportive community. Her work focuses on outreach, partnerships, and amplifying the voices of young footballers.
