Report Abuse or Safety Problems
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users in Community.
In the App: use the Report option on any story, comment, or user profile. You can also block a user so you no longer see their content.
By email: send reports to aistorywriter.ios@gmail.com with the subject "Report". Include the story title, the author's username, and a short description of the problem.
We review every report and act within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks our Terms & Conditions and ban users who post it.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Getting Started
What does the App do?
The App helps you write stories with AI. Give it an idea, pick a genre and length, and it writes a story for you. You can then edit, rewrite, and continue your story chapter by chapter.
Do I need an account?
No. You can write stories without an account. You need a Community account only to publish stories, comment, or react.
Where are my stories saved?
Your private stories are saved on your device. If you delete the App, your private stories are deleted too. Published Community stories are saved on our server.
AI Features
The AI result is not what I wanted. What can I do?
Try a more detailed prompt. Add the main characters, setting, mood, and what should happen. You can also rewrite a paragraph or generate again.
The AI is not responding.
AI features need an internet connection. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data, then try again. If the problem continues, close and reopen the App.
Who owns the stories I create?
You do. Please review AI-generated text before you publish it. AI text can sometimes be inaccurate or similar to existing works.
Subscriptions and Purchases
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple Account you used to buy the subscription. Open the Premium screen in the App and tap Restore.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select the App, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I paid, but Premium is not active.
Tap Restore on the Premium screen. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you used to pay. If it still does not work, email us your Apple receipt (remove any payment details).
Community
How do I join Community?
Open the Community tab and sign in with Apple or Google. Then choose a username. You must be at least 13 years old.
How do I publish a story?
Open your story and choose Publish. Your story, username, display name, avatar, and bio become public to all users.
How do I remove a story I published?
Open your Community profile, find the story, and delete it. This removes it from the Community feed. Your private copy stays on your device, and you can publish it again later.
How do I report or block someone?
Use the Report or Block option on the story, comment, or user profile. See "Report Abuse or Safety Problems" above.
Someone copied my story. What do I do?
Email aistorywriter.ios@gmail.com with the subject "Copyright". Include a link to or the title of your original work, the title and author of the copy, and a statement that you own the work. We remove infringing content.
What is the difference between Deactivate and Delete?
Deactivate hides your account and content. Sign in again to bring it back.
Delete permanently deletes your account, stories, comments, and reactions. This cannot be undone.
How do I delete my account?
In the App, go to Community → Settings → Delete Account. You can also email us to ask for deletion.
Classics
What are Classics?
Classics are free public-domain books from Project Gutenberg in many languages. You can read them and listen to them in the App.
A classic book will not load.
Classics need an internet connection. Check your connection and try again. Some books may be temporarily unavailable from Project Gutenberg.
Troubleshooting
Update the App to the latest version from the App Store.
Update your device to the latest iOS version.
Close the App completely and open it again.
Restart your device.
Check your internet connection.
