Owner-Personal Trainer-Baseball Instructor
Tyler is an NCSF certified personal trainer and baseball instructor, also certified in CPR/AED and First Aid. Using evidence-based methods, he enhances general health and athletic performance through personalized coaching. Tyler is currently attending Physical Therapy school, to further enhance his knowledge to help his clients reduced injury risk while achieving their goals. Tyler is dedicated to helping individuals build strength, improve skills, and achieve lasting results on and off the field
Trainer-Soccer Instructor
Dylan is a graduate student pursuing a Master’s in Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Cincinnati, with a bachelor’s degree from Fitchburg State University, where he served as captain of the men’s soccer team. He is currently working toward his NSCA-CPT and CSCS certifications and has gained hands-on experience assisting in the development and implementation of strength and conditioning programs for The College of the Holy Cross's Division 1 athletic teams. Guided by a quote from Kobe Bryant—“The most important thing is to try and inspire people so that they can be great at whatever they want to do”—Dylan is passionate about helping others unlock their full potential.
Softball Instructor
Sierra is a former Division III softball standout at Centenary University—two-time All-Conference, two-year team captain, and versatile standout as a catcher and infielder. She brings that leadership and expertise to coaching, emphasizing fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence. With a professional background working with children and certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED, Sierra creates a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for young athletes. She’s passionate about helping players grow—both on and off the field.
