These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of TaksitGo: Borç & Ödeme Takibi (“TaksitGo”, “the app”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by ALILOU DIGITAL.
By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
TaksitGo is a personal organization tool that helps users track installments, debts, subscriptions, bills, reminders, and payment timelines.
The app is intended for personal planning and organization only.
TaksitGo does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, credit, banking, or investment advice.
The app does not verify your real debts, bills, subscriptions, bank accounts, credit cards, or payment obligations. You are responsible for checking all amounts, dates, obligations, and decisions.
TaksitGo is not a bank, financial institution, payment processor, credit provider, or debt collection service.
You are responsible for:
Entering accurate information
Reviewing payment dates and amounts
Making payments through the correct external channels
Keeping your device secure
Backing up your data if needed
Complying with applicable laws
TaksitGo does not make payments on your behalf and does not connect to banks or financial institutions.
TaksitGo may offer a free limited version and a paid Pro version.
The free version may include limits on the number of installments, debts, subscriptions, bills, reminders, timeline features, reports, or other app features.
TaksitGo Pro may unlock additional features such as unlimited tracking, smart reminders, advanced timeline features, Face ID protection, reports, widgets, custom categories, or other premium features.
Available features may change over time.
TaksitGo Pro may be offered through:
Monthly auto-renewable subscription
Yearly auto-renewable subscription
Lifetime one-time purchase
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
If a free trial is offered, the subscription will automatically renew after the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends.
Lifetime purchases provide access to Pro features for the lifetime of the app, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store policies.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. We do not directly process refunds for App Store purchases.
TaksitGo stores your entered data locally on your device unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and protecting your information.
Deleting the app may delete local app data from your device unless your device backup settings preserve it.
If you enable reminders, the app may send local notifications about upcoming installments, debts, subscriptions, or bills.
Notifications are provided as a convenience only. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time, because delivery can depend on your device settings, operating system, battery settings, notification permissions, and other factors.
You remain responsible for your payment obligations.
You agree not to use the app:
For illegal purposes
To store unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
To attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the app
To interfere with the app’s normal operation
To misrepresent the app as a banking or payment service
TaksitGo is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We aim to provide a useful and reliable app, but we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every situation.
You should verify important financial information independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALILOU DIGITAL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from your use of the app, including missed payments, incorrect entries, reminder failures, data loss, or decisions made based on app information.
We may update, modify, add, or remove features at any time. Some features may require a Pro subscription or purchase.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
