We have been quantifying the skilled motion by using the various finger movement measurement techniques. For prostate rectal palpation of the prostate, we have been developing a prostate palpation simulator that can measure motion and extract the features of skilled doctors' motion. Also, concerning midwives' delivery assistance procedure, we have quantified the characteristics of the skilled midwives by analysis of the pressure distribution on the midwife's hands.
