How to Book

Join us on our next trip by following the instructions below.

  1. You must be registered in the app in order to book. Register and login if you haven't yet.

  2. Choose an Event that fits your schedule by swiping the event tabs to view all the trips.

  3. Click BOOK NOW to reserve an Event. Don’t forget that you can also use vouchers or book for your friends by updating the additional pax.

  4. Pay 50% as a down payment, UPLOAD THE PROOF OF PAYMENT, then click CONFIRM BOOKING. TakeFive admins will review your payment then approve your booking.

  5. You can view your events on My Events. Check the What to bring section in the event and prepare before the trip.

How can I get vouchers?

Vouchers are given based on rank. Ranks are computed based on EXP. To gain more EXP, join more trips!

Can I book on behalf of my friends?

Yes! You can add your friends as additional pax but we suggest that they also install the app so that they can accumulate experience and receive vouchers.

Something came up and I won’t be able to go. How do I cancel?

For RESERVED bookings, you can still cancel in the app. For APPROVED bookings, please contact us on Messenger.

The slots are already full. Can I be waitlisted?

Yes! Just click BE ON WAITLIST for events that have no slots available and you will be next in line if someone cancels their booking.

I already uploaded my proof of payment and confirmed my booking. Why is the status PENDING?

TakeFive admins have to manually check the payments and approve bookings. Rest assured, the review will not take a lot of time.

How should I prepare for the trip?

You can check the itinerary in the description of the trip. There are also details for the inclusions, exclusions, activities, attractions, what to bring, and good to know.

IMPORTANT: Please bring a valid ID as part of the requirements.
