As a recent graduate from Sonoma State, I can say with full certainty that it wasn't easy. Life keeps going while deadlines & responsibilities linger, causing the most simple tasks to seem unbearable. I struggled throughout my college years to find the right therapist, the right location, and something affordable while I was making minimum wage as a Barista. Nothing seemed to do the trick.
Finally, my fifth and final semester, I found what I needed: online therapy.
I created this guide to share my knowledge and resources with my fellow college students who may be experiencing similar difficulties while pursuing their education. I hope to relieve any stress by providing easy links to affordable online therapy plans where you can receive care without leaving your bed!!
