By accessing or using "Take After Shot", you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.

• Not upload content that:

  • Violates privacy/intellectual property rights

  • Contains hate speech, nudity, or illegal material

  • Harasses others or promotes harm

• Maintain the security of your account credentials.

3. Intellectual Property

• The App and its original content (excluding user photos) are owned by Proactive Dev Team.

• You retain ownership of your photos but grant us a limited license to process them solely for App functionality.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer or modify the App.

• Use bots/scrapers to extract data.

• Resell or commercially exploit the App without permission.

5. Premium Features & Payments

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24+ hours before renewal.

• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties.

• We don’t guarantee uninterrupted/error-free service.

• Not liable for:

  • Third-party actions (e.g., social media sharing)

8. Termination

We may suspend/terminate access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We’ll notify users of material changes via:

• In-App alerts

• Email (if provided)
  Continued use = acceptance of new Terms.
