Hi Representative/Senator _____, my name is ____ and I am a resident of ____. As your constituent, I urge you to pass the HIP enabling legislation, H.4232/S.2426 out of committee and into law. The pandemic has clearly revealed so many broken pieces of our food system and food policy, deeply impacting folks’ access to food. From droughts here in MA to wildfires and hurricanes across the country, climate change is here and compounding these difficulties. We need HIP enacted into law this session for healthy families, sustainable farms, and nourished, connected communities!

Fall-inator Flowers!

This fall, join the Food + Planting Team in spreading beauty and love through our communities as we plant pollinator-friendly native flowers. The flowers will help us spread the word about Sunrise AND protect natural ecosystems.You’ll receive a packet of seeds along with instructions. These seeds are perennials (they will grow back year after year) and they will bloom in the spring. It’s important to plant them now so that the plants are well-established come growing season. The MA eviction moratorium is set to expire in 9 DAYS and our governor and statehouse haven't done anything about it

Still call even if your rep has already cosponsored it, we need to keep applying pressure so that it moves through the statehouse!
