I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute (FFPRI), Japan, and currently a visiting researcher at the University of Cambridge, UK. My primary research interest is the social behavior of insects and its molecular and physiological underpinnings. In particular, I focus on resource transfer between individuals, which is a fundamental aspect of group living. I am also developing novel pest control methods based on the behavior of target species.
