• Payment Terms : All orders must be paid in full (100% advance payment) before processing or dispatch.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation will apply.

• Quotations: Quotations provided are valid for a limited period, typically 30 days, unless otherwise specified.

• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from the customer.

• Cancellation and Modifications: Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled or modified without mutual agreement. Cancellation charges may apply.

• Delivery and Shipping: Customers can choose to either pick up their orders from our location or have them dispatched on a "To Pay" basis.Any packing, forwarding, and courier charges are to be borne by the customer and will be billed separately.Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order confirmation and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Delays in delivery do not entitle the buyer to cancel the order or claim damages.

• Returns and Exchanges: Goods once sold are not returnable or exchangeable unless found to be defective upon delivery. Claims for defects must be made within a specified period, typically 7 days of receipt.

• Warranty: We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects only, unless otherwise specified.Warranty or service will be provided exclusively from our office. No on-site warranty or service is offered.

• Liability: The company’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective goods. The company is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

• Insurance: Insurance for goods in transit is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Ownership and Risk: Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer upon full payment. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

• Force Majeure: The company is not liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation delays.

• Jurisdiction: All transactions and agreements are subject to Pune jurisdiction.
