Showcase & Pitch

In the absence of a physical festival in 2020, Edinburgh Festival Fringe is launching a new Fringe Marketplace, a dedicated showcase platform to connect arts industry professionals all over the world with professional artists and tour-ready work that was due to appear at this year’s Fringe.

As part of the International showcase at the Fringe Exchange, Marketplace, Taiwan Season 2020 Showcase & Pitch is an one-off online event which spotlights all four of the highly varied, tour-ready contemporary dance productions which would have been programmed at Dance Base and Summerhall in this year’s festival. The session will feature individual artist's pitches, a tantalising taster of each dance work and the chance to have a chat with your choice of choreographers in breakout rooms. This closed event is available only to those delegates who have been accredited with Fringe Society Arts Industry.
