• Presenters must be present at their poster location during the designated presentation time to answer questions from attendees.

• Vertical poster boards and mounting supplies will be available on-site. No projection equipment or power supply will be provided.
  現場備有立式海報板及張貼文具，無放映設備及電源。
  
  

• Posters must be removed by the presenters after the event. Posters left behind will be disposed of by the staff and will not be returned.
  海報請於活動結束後自行撤除，未撤除者，將由工作人員逕行處理，恕不發還。
