Registration and Refund Policy

1. Registration Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organizing committee via email. Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

• 30 days or more before the conference: 80% refund of the registration fee.

• 15–29 days before the conference: 50% refund of the registration fee.

• 14 days or fewer before the conference: No refund.

All cancellation and refund deadlines are based on Taiwan Standard Time (UTC+8). 

Bank charges, transaction fees, and currency conversion fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. No-Shows

No refunds will be granted to registered participants who do not attend the conference.

3. Conference Cancellation or Postponement

In the event of conference cancellation, registration fees will be refunded in full. If the conference is postponed, registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled dates. Participants unable to attend on the new dates may request a full refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days. The conference organizers will not be responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants.
