Door-to-Door Pickup & Delivery Policy
To ensure efficient service, we have structured our logistics based on distance:
​📍 Local Service Area (0 - 3 km)
​Minimum Order Amount: We request a minimum order value of ₹1000 to avail of our doorstep service.
​Delivery Charge: Pickup and Delivery are FREE for orders of ₹1000 and above within a 3 km radius.
​Extended Service Area (3.5 km - 10 km):
​For customers residing between 3.5 km to 10 km from our workshop, a flat Pickup & Delivery Charge of ₹150 applies, regardless of the order value.
​We recommend gathering multiple items for alteration to make the service cost-effective for you.
​📏 Distance Calculation:
​Distance is calculated using Google Maps from our workshop location.
​1. Measurement & Fitting:
​Customers are requested to provide a sample garment that fits them perfectly for reference.
​If a sample is not provided, measurements will be taken at the time of pickup. Please ensure you are available for 5-10 minutes during the pickup slot.
​Standard alteration orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 days.
​Urgent or Express delivery can be arranged and may attract extra charges.
​Payment can be made via Cash, UPI (GPay/PhonePe), or Paytm upon delivery.
​For bulk orders (above ₹2000), a 50% advance payment is required at the time of pickup.
​4. Customer Responsibility:
​Please check your garments upon delivery. We will not be responsible for fit issues reported after 24 hours of delivery.
​Valuables left inside pockets are not our responsibility, though we try our best to return them if found.
