Customer Information

The app allows tailors to manage their customers. Users may store:

• Customer name

• Customer mobile number

• Measurement details

• Order details

• Order status

• Notes

• Fabric photos

This information is used only to provide tailoring management features.

Camera

The app requests camera permission so users can:

• Capture fabric photos

• Attach images to customer orders

• Scan or record tailoring-related items

The camera is used only when the user chooses to take a photo.

Microphone

The microphone is used only for voice input (such as voice typing or voice search) when initiated by the user.

We do not record conversations in the background.

Payment Information

The app allows users to store:

• UPI ID

• UPI QR Code

This information is used only to allow customers to make payments directly to the tailor.

We do not process, collect, or store customers' bank account details, debit card numbers, credit card numbers, or UPI PINs.

Order Tracking

Users can generate a shareable order tracking link.

Customers who receive this link may view:

• Order status

• Expected delivery date (if available)

• Payment option using the tailor's stored UPI ID or QR code

The tracking link is intended only for sharing by the tailor with their own customers.

Notifications

We may send notifications regarding:

• Order updates

• Delivery reminders

• App updates

• Important service announcements

Users can disable notifications in their device settings.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage user accounts

• Authenticate users

• Store tailoring records

• Manage customer information

• Enable order tracking

• Display payment options

• Improve application performance

• Provide customer support

• Maintain application security

4. Data Storage

Application data is stored using Firebase Realtime Database.

We use Firebase to securely store and synchronize authorized application data.

We do not sell users' personal information.

• With Firebase to provide app functionality

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information.
