THE EVENT IS UNFORTUNATELY CANCELLED

Due to unforeseeable technical problems that we faced for the first time  - the Organizing Committee of the Festival had to sadly take the difficult decision to cancel the Festival for these dates and postpone it to a later date. 

The Organizing Commitee would like to thank our honorable guest instructors and Masters and all of you had made the registration. 

All necessary arrangements are made due to this cancelation and all parties will be notified.

We are sorry that we cannot overcome this obstacle and hope to see you all in our next event!

Idealism - from Democritus to Kongzi

This year's symbolism is the term 

Idealism - Ιδεαλισμός

Spirit and matter - are they two separate entities? 

Πνεύμα και ύλη - είναι δύο ξεχωριστές οντότητες; 

Ο ιδεαλισμός (idealism) και παλαιότερα ιδεοκρατία είναι φιλοσοφική θεωρία που στο βασικό πρόβλημα της φιλοσοφίας, δηλαδή τη σχέση μεταξύ ανθρώπου και εξωτερικού κόσμου, ή συνείδησης και ύλης, παίρνει θέση υπέρ της πρωταρχικότητας του πνεύματος, της Συνείδησης. 

Οι υλιστές φιλόσοφοι θεωρούν ότι η ύλη είναι το πρωτεύον χρονικά και η συνείδηση το δευτερεύον (παράγωγο της ύλης). Σύμφωνα με αυτή την άποψη, η ύλη υπάρχει ανεξάρτητα από την συνείδηση, είναι άφθαρτη, αιώνια και δεν είναι δημιούργημα κανενός. 

Τι είναι όμως η ανθρώπινη συνείδηση και πως δημιουργήθηκε;
