Academic Experience
I have been working in the field of education since 2008.
2008-2016 (Math and Sciences teacher - Cycles 1 - 2 - 3) at M.I.S. - Beirut
2017-2018 (Math and Science teacher_cycles 1 and 2) at Lycee Emmanuel.
2018-2021 (Math Teacher : cycles 2 and 3 + SAT math Teacher Grades 10+11) + Math coordinator for cycles 1 and 2 at International Learning Community.
2023- 2024 (Math Coordinator : Cycles 1,2 and 3 ) + Educational Trainer and Consultant -at Lycee Emmanuel-Kfarchima
2024-Present : Math Coordinator at Lebanese International School + Educational Trainer.
Private Tutoring - For Students (Since 2008)
Private Tutoring since 2008; I give private sessions in English and Sciences for elementary and intermediate classes. I also give Math sessions for students covering all levels using new methods of teaching such as flipped learning procedure, hands on activities, mastery-teaching techniques and try to in increase their self-confidence by correcting their assignment based on specific performance indicators so they discuss and defend their results.
In fact, students like this strategy because it gives them the ownership of their learning and self-assess themselves. In addition, I use misconceptions in my lesson plan to help my students avoid them.
I am the founder of MOT since 2011, I have been giving private sessions online for students all around the world even before the pandemic in 2019. I am able to explain and use ED-tech and attain high development of my students' skills even in the virtual lessons.
Educational Workshops - Training (Since 2022)
ED TECH and AI Professional Trainer and Consultant
AI in educational Professional and experienced Trainer in Collaboration with EDUMOTION where we provide official certificates of completion for the course signed by the ministry of Education.
I give training sessions for teachers as well to help them integrate technology and new methods of teaching into their plan and classrooms. My workshops train and empower the skills of teachers to upgrade the traditional teaching methods and turn their classrooms into student-centered classrooms using inquiry based models and variety of new methods.
