Hi, I’m Tahadi Chowdhury — the heart behind the kitchen. I moved to the U.S. with my parents in 2014, chasing new opportunities and bringing along a deep love for cooking. What started as a spontaneous idea quickly turned into a full-blown passion project. This business is where my love for food meets my drive to grow and learn in the world of entrepreneurship. Every dish is made with care, culture, and a whole lot of heart.
