TagTrack Loadout ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how TagTrack Loadout ("the App") collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Information You Provide
Hunting gear, loadout configurations, and equipment details you manually enter into the App
Tag and license information you choose to log
Hunt location names, dates, and notes you record
Photos of gear or harvests you optionally upload within the App
Information Collected Automatically
App usage data and crash diagnostics (used solely for app performance and stability)
Device type and operating system version (used for compatibility purposes)
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information unless you voluntarily provide it for support purposes
We do not collect precise GPS or location data without your explicit permission
We do not collect payment information
We do not collect biometric data of any kind
We use the information collected solely to:
Provide and maintain core App functionality
Save and sync your loadout and tag data across your devices
Improve App performance and fix technical issues
Respond to customer support requests if you contact us
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
All loadout and tag data you enter is stored locally on your device by default
If cloud backup or sync features are enabled, your data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption (AES-256)
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security
TagTrack Loadout does not integrate with third-party advertising networks. The App may use the following limited third-party services solely for technical operations:
Apple App Store — for app distribution and optional in-app purchases
Apple CloudKit or equivalent — for optional device sync functionality, subject to Apple's own Privacy Policy

If the App requests access to your camera or photo library, this access is used solely to allow you to photograph and log gear or harvests within the App. Photos are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers without your explicit action.
If the App requests access to your location, this access is used solely to log hunt locations you choose to save within the App. Location data is stored locally on your device. We do not track your location in the background and do not transmit location data to our servers.
TagTrack Loadout is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
Opt out of any optional analytics or diagnostics collection via your device settings

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the App's functionality or as required by law. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed from your device. Any data stored via optional cloud sync can be deleted by contacting us or through your device's iCloud settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you through the App or via the App Store update notes. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
