Tag and Seal ("we", "our", or "us") is a livestock management application developed by Climbup. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

Farm name and location details
Location Data
Approximate or precise device location, used to associate livestock records with farm locations
Location is only accessed when you use features that require it
Livestock & Farm Data
Animal records, tags, treatments, milking logs, and insemination records you enter manually
This data is stored on our servers and synced to your device
Device Permissions
Bluetooth — used to connect to compatible weight scales for automatic weight capture
Notifications — used to send reminders for scheduled treatments and alarms
Camera / File Storage — used when attaching photos to livestock records (if applicable)
3. How We Use Your Information
To provide and operate the Tag and Seal service
To sync your farm data across devices
To send you reminders and treatment alerts you have set up
To allow extension officers you invite to view your farm records
To improve the application
We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
Your data is only shared with:
Extension officers you explicitly invite and grant access to
Our hosting servers (used solely to store and sync your data)

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen inside the app.

Tag and Seal is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
