OVERALL EVENT GUIDELINES

1. Only registered runners are allowed to run during the event.

2. Runners are required to fill out and sign a waiver form.

3. Race will start at exactly 4:00 o’clock in the morning February 15, 2026 Sunday. Late from gun start is automatically DNS (Did Not Start).

4. Runners must be in good health standing to participate in this type of race. NO heart problems or NO serious medical conditions. Runners must sign a waiver of liability during the race kit distribution. No Waiver, NO RACE.

5. IPods, MP3 players, earphones, airpods, and the likes are not recommended. Runners should be vigilant while in the race.

6. It is not allowed for registrants to modify their race numbers or have substitutes to run the event on their behalf. TAP races registration payments are non-refundable and not transferable.

7. There will be no reimbursements given for non-participation for any reason. Further, no refunds will be issued if the race is canceled or rescheduled due to factors and/or unanticipated occurrences beyond the race organizer's control.

8. The Race Organizers may change any of the rules and regulations necessary to ensure success of the race, without prior notice to the runners.

9. The Race Organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify any participant who is suspected to be under influence of prohibited drugs or having taken banned substances.

10. Runners found to have been dishonest are immediately disqualified by the Race Organizer. 

11. Pacers are not allowed. 

12. The decision of the race director is absolute.

NOTE: This is an Elevated Road Race do not expect the convenience of road races. Team Altitude Pilipinas will try to make the race as pleasant and smooth as possible. But yet again, may we remind all participants that this is not your typical FUN RUN or ROAD RACE, this is an Elevated Road Race. We expect you to be fully prepared physically and mentally. CONTEST ON RACE RESULTS

Complaints must be made in writing with sufficient proof and should be submitted to the race organizer before the awarding ceremony. Post-race feedbacks or complaints may be emailed to teamaltitudepilipinas@gmail.com.

Any online or social media CLAIMS OR PROTEST are not valid and will not be entertained.
