Venue:the practice base of the camp “Gart” of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, Volyn' region, Svityaz' village.
Accommodation: double and triple rooms (shared-room system) in two-story wooden buildings (“Vulik” and “Murashnik”).
Accommodation cost: 300 UAH/night per person, 570 UAH/night for a single person staying in a double room, 840 UAH/night for a single person staying in a triple room.
Accommodation is also available in rooms with upgraded amenities (“Leleka”).
Accommodation cost: 500 UAH/night per person, 970 UAH/nightfor a single person staying in a double room, 1,320 UAH/night for a single person staying in a triple room.
Meal cost (buffet type): 150 UAH for breakfast; 200 UAH for lunch; 150 UAH for dinner.
Options for one or two meals a day are available. Additionally, for those who wish to prepare their own meals, the facility has a kitchen equipped with electric stoves. There is also a grocery store nearby.
Arrival
The city of Kovel has direct rail connections to Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Odesa, Dnipro, and other cities. You can also take the bus routes Lutsk–Svitiaz, Kovel–Svitiaz, and others (to the “Shats’ki Lakes” resort, located near the “Gart” camp’s training base).
Conference fee: 900 UAH for participants from Ukraine (450 UAH for students and PhD students from Ukraine) ; 50 € for other participants.
The conference fee covers materials for a participant and other organizing expenses.
The deadline for registration and abstract submission is May 29, 2026.
Online / correspondence participation in the conference is also provided. In this case, the registration fee is UAH 300 for participants from Ukraine and €30 for other participants.
Payment can be made by postal order via Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta. The amount of the organizational fee does not include the cost of the transfer.
Details for payment of the organizational fee will be sent in a confirmation letter from the conference organizing committee regarding the acceptance of abstracts for publication.
