SoJin Lee holds a Master’s degree from the School of Psychology at Korea University. Her research focuses on consumer behavior in ubiquitous digital environments, with a particular interest in phubbing, short-form content consumption, and chatbot interactions. She examines how these digital experiences influence user engagement, consumer behavior, and digital well-being.
