Introduction

TadyTudy is an app for creating and playing outdoor games. This Policy explains what information the app stores on the device, what information is sent to third-party services when you choose their features, and the choices available to you.

What data the app processes

Location data: If you allow location access, the app uses your approximate or precise location while it is open to calculate distance and direction to game tasks. Coordinates you save for a task become part of the game data. The Controller does not receive or store your location on its own servers, and the app does not track location in the background.

Game data: Game titles, questions, answers, hints, task coordinates, images, settings and progress are stored locally. An exported game can contain this information. An edit password is stored only as a SHA-256 hash, not as the original password.

Google account data: Google sign-in is optional. After sign-in, the app receives and locally stores the Google account identifier and email address to remember the signed-in identity, display the email in Settings, associate local Drive publishing records with the account, and provide the requested trial and Drive features. Local publishing metadata can include Drive file and folder identifiers and content hashes. The identifier and email are not uploaded to the Controller's servers or to Drive AppData.

Purchase and trial data: The app locally stores a Creator mode purchase-status flag and the time of its last refresh. It does not receive or store payment-card details. A trial record may be stored locally and in the private Google Drive AppData area. The Drive record contains the trial start date, a schema version and a technical value indicating creation after Google sign-in.

Google Drive sharing: If you choose QR-code sharing, the app uploads the game export to your Google Drive and grants an unlisted read permission to anyone with the link. Anyone who obtains the link can access the exported content and coordinates. The Controller does not receive or keep a server copy.

What the app does not do

The app does not operate its own account or game-data server, sell or rent personal data, serve advertising, use analytics, advertising identifiers or crash-reporting services such as Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics, continuously track location in the background, or store payment-card details. It does not perform profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. The Google account identifier and email are nevertheless stored locally after sign-in as described above.

Third-party services

Google: Google Sign-In provides the account identity; Google Drive AppData stores the trial record; Google Drive stores QR exports; Google Play processes purchases and in-app updates. Payment-card details are not made available to the app. Google processes information under its own policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

OpenStreetMap: Displaying a map requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers. Requests may reveal your IP address and requested map area. Policy: https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy

Other websites, connectivity checks and sharing services: Import from a web link connects to the specified website. To determine whether internet access is available, the app may perform a DNS lookup for example.com; the DNS resolver and network providers may process the device IP address and query metadata. Sharing through WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, email, Quick Share or another app passes the file and accompanying information to the selected service. The Controller does not control these providers, their retention or possible international transfers.

App permissions and legal bases

The app requests approximate or precise location only for navigation or saving task coordinates; camera access only for scanning a QR code or taking a task photo; and photo-library access only when you select an image. The selected image is stored with the game and included when that game is exported. Google sign-in and Drive permissions are optional. Drive AppData is requested for the cross-device trial record, while drive.file is requested only for QR sharing. Permissions can be refused or withdrawn, but related features may then be limited.

Where GDPR applies, processing necessary for requested app features relies on performance of a contract or steps taken at your request under Article 6(1)(b). Optional location, camera, photo and Google/Drive functions rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a) where consent is required. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Game sharing

A game can contain text, answers, images and precise task coordinates. Sharing through another app transfers that information to the selected service. QR sharing gives anyone with the link read access to the export in your Google Drive. Do not share games containing sensitive personal data unless you understand and accept these consequences.

Data retention

Local game data, settings, progress, purchase status, trial data, Google account identifier, email and Drive publishing metadata remain on the device until you delete the relevant games, sign out where available, clear the app's data or uninstall the app. The trial record in Drive AppData and QR-shared files remain in your Google account until removed using Google's tools or under Google's policies. Signing out, clearing local data or uninstalling does not necessarily remove those Drive records. Third-party providers retain data under their own policies.

Security

The app relies on the security of the device, operating system and Google account. The Controller does not operate a game-data server. Game exports are encoded using AES with a key embedded in the app to discourage accidental editing, but this is obfuscation rather than secure end-to-end encryption: a person who obtains the file and extracts or reproduces the app key may read its contents. The edit-password hash likewise does not replace secure storage or encryption. Protect your device and account and do not include sensitive information in shared games.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children who have not reached the minimum age required by the law of their country of residence to use such services independently. A parent or legal guardian should supervise use of location, images, Google sign-in and sharing and provide consent where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a competent supervisory authority. Most app data can be managed on your device or in your Google account. Requests concerning Google, OpenStreetMap, Google Play or another sharing provider may need to be addressed to that provider.

Policy changes

This Policy may be updated when the app or its data practices change. The current version is available in the app and, where applicable, on Google Play. The date below identifies the latest revision.

Úvod

TadyTudy je aplikace pro vytváření a hraní venkovních her. Tyto zásady vysvětlují, jaké informace aplikace ukládá v zařízení, jaké informace předává službám třetích stran při použití jejich funkcí a jaké možnosti máte k dispozici.

Jaké údaje aplikace zpracovává

Údaje o poloze: Pokud povolíte přístup k poloze, aplikace během používání využívá přibližnou nebo přesnou polohu k výpočtu vzdálenosti a směru k herním úkolům. Souřadnice uložené k úkolu se stanou součástí herních dat. Správce polohu nepřijímá ani neukládá na vlastní servery a aplikace ji nesleduje na pozadí.

Herní data: Názvy her, otázky, odpovědi, nápovědy, souřadnice úkolů, obrázky, nastavení a postup jsou uloženy lokálně. Export hry je může obsahovat. Heslo pro úpravy se ukládá pouze jako SHA-256 hash, nikoli jako původní heslo.

Údaje Google účtu: Přihlášení přes Google je volitelné. Po přihlášení aplikace obdrží a lokálně uloží identifikátor Google účtu a e-mailovou adresu, aby si zapamatovala účet, zobrazila e-mail v Nastavení, spojila lokální záznamy publikování na Drive s účtem a poskytla požadované funkce zkušebního období a Drive. Lokální metadata publikování mohou zahrnovat identifikátory souborů a složek Drive a hashe obsahu. Identifikátor ani e-mail nejsou odesílány na servery správce ani do Drive AppData.

Údaje o nákupu a zkušebním období: Aplikace lokálně ukládá stav nákupu Tvůrčího režimu a čas poslední aktualizace. Nezískává ani neukládá údaje platební karty. Záznam zkušebního období může být uložen lokálně a v neveřejném Google Drive AppData. Záznam v Drive obsahuje datum zahájení, verzi schématu a technickou hodnotu potvrzující vytvoření po přihlášení přes Google.

Sdílení přes Google Drive: Při QR sdílení aplikace nahraje export na váš Google Drive a udělí neveřejně dohledatelné oprávnění ke čtení každému s odkazem. Každý, kdo odkaz získá, může přistupovat k obsahu a souřadnicím. Správce kopii na serveru nepřijímá ani neuchovává.

Co aplikace nedělá

Aplikace neprovozuje vlastní server pro účty nebo herní data, neprodává ani nepronajímá osobní údaje, nezobrazuje reklamu, nepoužívá analytické nástroje, reklamní identifikátory ani služby hlášení pádů, jako jsou Firebase Analytics nebo Crashlytics, nesleduje polohu na pozadí a neukládá údaje platební karty. Neprovádí profilování ani automatizované rozhodování s právními či obdobně významnými účinky. Identifikátor Google účtu a e-mail jsou však po přihlášení lokálně uloženy, jak je popsáno výše.

Služby třetích stran

Google: Google Sign-In poskytuje identitu účtu; Google Drive AppData ukládá záznam zkušebního období; Google Drive ukládá QR exporty a Google Play zpracovává nákupy a aktualizace v aplikaci. Jiné weby, kontrola připojení a služby pro sdílení: Import z webového odkazu se připojí k uvedenému webu. Pro zjištění dostupnosti internetu může aplikace provést DNS dotaz na example.com; použitý DNS resolver a poskytovatelé sítě mohou zpracovat IP adresu zařízení a metadata dotazu. Sdílení přes WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, e-mail, Quick Share nebo jinou aplikaci předá soubor a doprovodné informace zvolené službě. Správce nekontroluje tyto poskytovatele, dobu uchování ani jejich případné mezinárodní přenosy.

Oprávnění a právní základy

Aplikace žádá o přibližnou nebo přesnou polohu pouze pro navigaci či uložení souřadnic; o fotoaparát pouze pro QR kód nebo fotografii úkolu a o knihovnu fotografií pouze při výběru obrázku. Obrázek se uloží s hrou a zahrne do exportu. Google přihlášení a oprávnění Drive jsou volitelná. Drive AppData slouží záznamu zkušebního období a drive.file se žádá pouze pro QR sdílení. Oprávnění lze odmítnout nebo odvolat, související funkce pak mohou být omezené.

Pokud se použije GDPR, zpracování nezbytné pro požadované funkce se opírá o plnění smlouvy nebo opatření na vaši žádost podle čl. 6 odst. 1 písm. b). Volitelné funkce polohy, fotoaparátu, fotografií a Google/Drive se tam, kde je souhlas vyžadován, opírají o čl. 6 odst. 1 písm. a). Odvoláním není dotčena zákonnost předchozího zpracování.

Sdílení her

Hra může obsahovat texty, odpovědi, obrázky a přesné souřadnice úkolů. Sdílení přes jinou aplikaci předává tyto informace zvolené službě. QR sdílení dává každému s odkazem přístup ke čtení exportu na vašem Google Drive. Nesdílejte hry s citlivými osobními údaji, pokud těmto důsledkům nerozumíte a nepřijímáte je.

Uchovávání údajů

Lokální herní data, nastavení, postup, stav nákupu, údaje zkušebního období, identifikátor Google účtu, e-mail a metadata publikování na Drive zůstávají v zařízení do smazání her, odhlášení, vymazání dat aplikace nebo odinstalace. Záznam v Drive AppData a QR soubory zůstávají v Google účtu do odstranění nástroji Google nebo podle pravidel Google. Odhlášení, vymazání lokálních dat či odinstalace je nemusí odstranit. Třetí strany uchovávají data podle vlastních zásad.

Bezpečnost

Aplikace se spoléhá na zabezpečení zařízení, operačního systému a Google účtu. Správce neprovozuje server s herními daty. Herní exporty jsou kódovány pomocí AES s klíčem vloženým přímo v aplikaci, aby se omezily náhodné úpravy, nejde však o bezpečné šifrování mezi koncovými body: osoba, která získá soubor a vyjme nebo napodobí klíč aplikace, může jeho obsah přečíst. Ani hash hesla pro úpravy nenahrazuje bezpečné úložiště nebo šifrování. Chraňte zařízení a účet a nevkládejte citlivé informace do sdílených her.

Ochrana soukromí dětí

Aplikace není určena dětem, které nedosáhly minimálního věku požadovaného právními předpisy země jejich pobytu pro samostatné používání těchto služeb. Rodič nebo zákonný zástupce má dohlížet na používání polohy, obrázků, Google přihlášení a sdílení a udělit souhlas, pokud jej právo vyžaduje.

Vaše práva

Podle platného práva můžete mít právo na přístup, opravu, výmaz, omezení, námitku, přenositelnost, odvolání souhlasu a stížnost u příslušného dozorového úřadu. Většinu dat lze spravovat v zařízení nebo Google účtu. Žádosti týkající se Google, OpenStreetMap, Google Play nebo jiné služby může být nutné adresovat danému poskytovateli.

Změny zásad

Zásady mohou být aktualizovány při změně aplikace nebo zpracování dat. Aktuální verze je v aplikaci a případně na Google Play. Datum níže označuje poslední revizi.

TadyTudy ist eine App zum Erstellen und Spielen von Outdoor-Spielen. Diese Erklärung erläutert, welche Informationen die App auf dem Gerät speichert, welche bei Auswahl von Drittanbieterfunktionen übermittelt werden und welche Wahlmöglichkeiten Sie haben.

Verarbeitete Daten

Standortdaten: Mit Ihrer Erlaubnis nutzt die App während der Verwendung den ungefähren oder genauen Standort für Entfernung und Richtung zu Aufgaben. Gespeicherte Koordinaten werden Teil der Spieldaten. Der Verantwortliche erhält oder speichert den Standort nicht auf eigenen Servern; es erfolgt keine Hintergrundverfolgung.

Spieldaten: Titel, Fragen, Antworten, Hinweise, Koordinaten, Bilder, Einstellungen und Fortschritt werden lokal gespeichert und können im Export enthalten sein. Ein Bearbeitungspasswort wird nur als SHA-256-Hash gespeichert.

Google-Kontodaten: Nach optionaler Anmeldung erhält und speichert die App Google-Konto-ID und E-Mail lokal, um das Konto zu merken, die E-Mail anzuzeigen, lokale Drive-Veröffentlichungsdaten zuzuordnen und Test- und Drive-Funktionen bereitzustellen. Lokale Metadaten können Drive-Datei- und Ordner-IDs sowie Inhalts-Hashes umfassen. ID und E-Mail werden weder auf eigene Server noch in Drive AppData hochgeladen.

Kauf- und Testdaten: Kaufstatus des Erstellermodus und Aktualisierungszeit werden lokal gespeichert; Zahlungskartendaten nicht. Der Testdatensatz kann lokal und im privaten Drive AppData gespeichert werden. Er enthält Startdatum, Schemaversion und einen technischen Wert zur Erstellung nach Google-Anmeldung.

Drive-Freigabe: QR-Exporte werden in Ihr Drive hochgeladen und jeder mit dem nicht gelisteten Link erhält Lesezugriff auf Inhalt und Koordinaten. Der Verantwortliche erhält oder speichert keine Serverkopie.

Was die App nicht tut

Die App betreibt keinen eigenen Konto- oder Spieldatenserver, verkauft oder vermietet keine personenbezogenen Daten, zeigt keine Werbung, nutzt keine Analyse-, Werbeidentifikations- oder Absturzberichtsdienste wie Firebase Analytics oder Crashlytics, verfolgt den Standort nicht im Hintergrund und speichert keine Zahlungskartendaten. Sie führt kein Profiling oder automatisierte Entscheidungen mit rechtlicher oder ähnlich erheblicher Wirkung durch. Google-Konto-ID und E-Mail werden nach Anmeldung dennoch lokal gespeichert.

Drittanbieter

Berechtigungen und Rechtsgrundlagen

Standort wird nur für Navigation oder Koordinaten, Kamera nur für QR oder Aufgabenfoto und Fotobibliothek nur bei Bildauswahl angefordert. Das Bild wird mit dem Spiel gespeichert und exportiert. Google-Anmeldung und Drive sind optional. Drive AppData dient dem Testdatensatz, drive.file nur QR-Freigaben. Berechtigungen können verweigert oder widerrufen werden; Funktionen können dann eingeschränkt sein.

Soweit die DSGVO gilt, beruht notwendige Verarbeitung auf Vertragserfüllung oder Maßnahmen auf Ihre Anfrage gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. b. Optionale Standort-, Kamera-, Foto- und Google/Drive-Funktionen beruhen, soweit erforderlich, auf Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. a. Ein Widerruf berührt nicht die Rechtmäßigkeit früherer Verarbeitung.

Spiele teilen

Spiele können Texte, Antworten, Bilder und genaue Koordinaten enthalten. Andere Apps erhalten diese Daten beim Teilen. QR-Freigabe gibt jedem mit Link Lesezugriff auf den Drive-Export. Teilen Sie keine sensiblen personenbezogenen Daten, wenn Sie diese Folgen nicht akzeptieren.

Speicherdauer

Lokale Spieldaten, Einstellungen, Fortschritt, Kaufstatus, Testdaten, Google-Konto-ID, E-Mail und Drive-Metadaten bleiben bis zum Löschen, Abmelden, Löschen der App-Daten oder Deinstallieren. Drive AppData und QR-Dateien bleiben im Google-Konto bis zur Entfernung über Google oder nach Google-Richtlinien. Lokale Löschung entfernt sie nicht zwingend. Drittanbieter speichern nach eigenen Regeln.

Sicherheit

Die App stützt sich auf die Sicherheit von Gerät, Betriebssystem und Google-Konto. Der Verantwortliche betreibt keinen Spieldatenserver. Spieleexporte werden mit AES und einem in der App eingebetteten Schlüssel kodiert, um versehentliche Änderungen zu erschweren. Dies ist jedoch Verschleierung und keine sichere Ende-zu-Ende-Verschlüsselung: Wer die Datei erhält und den App-Schlüssel extrahiert oder nachbildet, kann den Inhalt lesen. Auch der Bearbeitungspasswort-Hash ersetzt keine sichere Speicherung oder Verschlüsselung. Schützen Sie Gerät und Konto und nehmen Sie keine sensiblen Informationen in geteilte Spiele auf.

Datenschutz von Kindern

Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder, die das nach dem Recht ihres Aufenthaltslandes geltende Mindestalter zur selbstständigen Nutzung solcher Dienste nicht erreicht haben. Eltern oder gesetzliche Vertreter sollen Standort, Bilder, Google-Anmeldung und Freigabe beaufsichtigen und erforderliche Einwilligungen erteilen.

Ihre Rechte

Je nach Recht bestehen Ansprüche auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerruf und Beschwerde. Daten sind meist auf Gerät oder Google-Konto verwaltbar. Anfragen zu Google, OpenStreetMap, Google Play oder anderen Anbietern müssen gegebenenfalls an diese gerichtet werden.

Änderungen

Die Erklärung kann bei Änderungen der App oder Verarbeitung aktualisiert werden. Die aktuelle Fassung ist in der App und gegebenenfalls bei Google Play verfügbar. Das Datum unten kennzeichnet die letzte Revision.

I metadati locali possono includere ID di file e cartelle Drive e hash dei contenuti. ID ed email non sono caricati su server propri né in Drive AppData.

Acquisto e prova: stato di acquisto e ultimo aggiornamento sono locali; i dati della carta non vengono memorizzati. Il record di prova può essere locale e in Drive AppData privato e contiene data iniziale, versione dello schema e valore tecnico relativo alla creazione dopo l'accesso Google.

Cosa non fa l'app

L'app non gestisce server propri per account o giochi, non vende né concede in locazione dati personali, non mostra pubblicità, non usa analisi, identificatori pubblicitari o crash reporting come Firebase Analytics o Crashlytics, non traccia la posizione in background e non salva dati delle carte. Non svolge profilazione o decisioni automatizzate con effetti giuridici o analogamente significativi. Dopo l'accesso salva comunque localmente identificativo Google ed email.

Autorizzazioni e basi giuridiche

La posizione è richiesta solo per navigazione o coordinate, la fotocamera per QR o foto e la raccolta solo quando scegli un'immagine. L'immagine è salvata con il gioco e inclusa nell'esportazione. Google e Drive sono facoltativi. Drive AppData serve alla prova, drive.file solo al QR. Le autorizzazioni possono essere rifiutate o revocate; le funzioni possono essere limitate.

Se si applica il GDPR, il trattamento necessario si basa sull'esecuzione di un contratto o misure richieste ai sensi dell'art. 6, par. 1, lett. b). Le funzioni facoltative, ove richiesto, si basano sul consenso ai sensi della lett. a). La revoca non pregiudica la liceità precedente.

Condivisione dei giochi

I giochi possono contenere testi, risposte, immagini e coordinate precise. Condividendo tramite altre app, tali dati passano al servizio scelto. Il QR concede a chiunque abbia il link accesso in lettura al file Drive. Non condividere dati personali sensibili senza comprenderne le conseguenze.

Conservazione

Dati locali, impostazioni, progressi, acquisto, prova, ID Google, email e metadati Drive restano fino a eliminazione, disconnessione, cancellazione dati o disinstallazione. Drive AppData e file QR restano nell'account finché rimossi tramite Google o secondo le sue politiche. La cancellazione locale non li rimuove necessariamente. I terzi conservano secondo le proprie politiche.

Sicurezza

L’app si affida alla sicurezza di dispositivo, sistema operativo e account Google. Il Titolare non gestisce server di dati di gioco. Le esportazioni sono codificate con AES usando una chiave incorporata nell’app per ostacolare modifiche accidentali, ma si tratta di offuscamento e non di crittografia end-to-end sicura: chi ottiene il file ed estrae o riproduce la chiave dell’app può leggerne il contenuto. Anche l’hash della password di modifica non sostituisce archiviazione sicura o crittografia. Proteggi dispositivo e account e non inserire informazioni sensibili nei giochi condivisi.

Privacy dei minori

L'app non è destinata a minori che non abbiano raggiunto l'età minima prevista dalla legge del paese di residenza per utilizzare autonomamente tali servizi. Genitore o tutore deve supervisionare posizione, immagini, Google e condivisione e fornire il consenso ove richiesto.

I tuoi diritti

Secondo la legge puoi avere diritti di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, opposizione, portabilità, revoca e reclamo. I dati sono perlopiù gestibili sul dispositivo o account Google. Le richieste relative a Google, OpenStreetMap, Google Play o altri fornitori possono dover essere rivolte a questi.

Modifiche all'informativa

L'Informativa può essere aggiornata quando cambiano app o trattamento. La versione corrente è nell'app e, se applicabile, su Google Play. La data sotto indica l'ultima revisione.
