This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between TADOW (the “Platform”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and any user (“You”, “User”, “Buyer”, or “Seller”) who accesses or uses the TADOW mobile application, website, or related services.
PART A – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
TADOW is an e-commerce marketplace platform that allows sellers to create digital shops and buyers to browse, communicate, and place orders. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
Platform: The TADOW mobile application, website, and related services.
User: Any person using the Platform, including buyers and sellers.
Seller: A registered business or individual listing products for sale.
Buyer: A registered user purchasing or browsing products.
Content: Text, images, listings, reviews, and any other information uploaded by users.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the laws of Pakistan.
Sellers must provide accurate identity and business information for verification.
4. Account Registration and Security
Users must register using a valid mobile number and OTP verification or Google Sign-In.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate shop and product information, including price, description, and availability.
Sellers are solely responsible for product quality, authenticity, delivery, refunds, and customer service.
Sellers must comply with all applicable Pakistani laws, including consumer protection, taxation, and business regulations.
Monthly subscription fees must be paid to keep the shop active on the Platform.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate delivery and contact details.
Buyers agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Buyers must communicate directly with sellers for order-related issues, refunds, and disputes.
7. Orders and Payments
TADOW only provides a technology platform and is not a party to the transaction between buyers and sellers.
Payments are handled by sellers or third-party payment gateways.
TADOW does not guarantee delivery, pricing accuracy, or product availability.
8. Reviews and Ratings
Users may submit reviews and ratings after purchase.
Reviews must be honest, lawful, and respectful.
TADOW reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate policies or laws.
9. Intellectual Property
All Platform software, trademarks, logos, and design are owned by TADOW or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Platform content without written permission.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
Upload false, misleading, illegal, or harmful content
Engage in fraud, harassment, or abuse
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform
Use the Platform for unlawful activities under Pakistani law
11. Limitation of Liability
TADOW is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
TADOW does not guarantee product quality, delivery, or seller performance.
To the maximum extent permitted under Pakistani law, TADOW’s liability is limited and indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
12. Suspension and Termination
TADOW may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
Users may close their accounts at any time.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including but not limited to:
Pakistan Penal Code
Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016
Consumer Protection Laws of Pakistan
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
