MISSION

I - To develop criminology students into future law enforcement professionals with positive attitude and good appearance by means of leadership, training, discipline and character transformation in partnership with academic excellence provided by the college.

VISION

II- To be an instrument in the realization of UI-PEN Dreams of transforming the Criminal Justice Education Department into an “Academy like life” in terms of student conduct discipline and character development in the University.

OBJECTIVES

III- The organization and administration of Tactical Group shall serve as the Implementing arm of the Criminal Justice Discipline Program leading toward the realization of an “Academy like life” in terms of student discipline, leadership and character development to be displayed with in or outside the University perimeter through Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Tactical group organization number one goal, first is to mold criminology students become law enforcement professionals. Second is to develop the positive attitude and good appearance of students and lastly to bring the academic like life to students by means of leadership, training and character development.

TACTICAL GROUP ORGANIZATION was founded in 2010 under the advisership of Mrs. Yealthzen Gekins Entarcigo, for the organization was created to be an implementing arm of the department, monitor criminology students to strictly observe proper guidelines and order provided by the department, to build an academy like life for students and mold them to be a future law enforcer professional. The first class created in 2010 was the class “MASIGLAB” and headed by the first corps commander Mae Grace Paraiso, the organization was standing strong for over 10 years and current class is the class “SINAG-TALA” headed by corps commander Jomarie Magbo-o.

IV- INTRODUCTION

TACTICAL GROUP (TG)is implementing body and organized group of CCJE Department that aims for discipline, leadership and competence that trained criminology students to become efficient in their field of service in the future.

V -BACKGROUND OF THE ORGANIZATION The Tactical Group Organization is organized by and created, The organization serves as the implementing arm of Criminal Justice Discipline program, which is to develop the criminology students in to future law enforcement professionals, to develop positive attitude and good appearance of students and to bring academy like life to student by means of leadership, training and character development.
