TACPLAY - ACCOUNT DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

We respect your right to control your personal data. TacPlay provides easy, transparent ways to delete your account and all associated personal information. Below are instructions on how to request account and data deletion.

1. DIRECT ACCOUNT DELETION INSIDE THE APP (Instant)

The fastest and easiest way to delete your account is directly within the TacPlay mobile application. 

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the TacPlay app on your iOS or Android device.

  2. Tap on the "Settings" tab in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings screen.

  4. Tap the red button labeled "Delete Account".

  5. A confirmation dialog will appear. To prevent accidental deletions, type "SURE" in the confirmation box.

  6. Tap "Delete Forever".

Upon confirmation:

- You will be logged out of the application immediately.

- Your authentication credentials, profile information, and match history will be permanently purged.

2. WEB & EMAIL ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST (Manual)

If you no longer have the TacPlay app installed on your device, or if you prefer to submit a manual deletion request, you can do so by contacting our support team:

- Email Request: Send an email from the address registered with your TacPlay account to support@tacplay.eu.

- Subject Line: "TacPlay Account Deletion Request"

- Details: Please include your registered email address and full name.

Upon receiving your email:

- Our support team will verify your identity.

- Once verified, your account and all associated data will be deleted within 3 business days.

- A confirmation email will be sent to you once the deletion is complete.

3. WHAT DATA IS PERMANENTLY DELETED?

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently wiped from our active databases:

- Personal Profile: Full name, profile photo, bio, and gender.

- Authentication Credentials: Registered email address and encrypted password.

- App Preferences: Local language settings, notification preferences, and location settings.

- Discover Map Records: Any registered player coordinates used on the match discovery map.

4. DATA RETENTION POLICY

Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. We do not retain any backups or archival copies of your personal profile data. All financial transactions are securely processed externally via Apple, Google, or Stripe, and no payment card data is kept on our servers.
