Flour (light flour) ... about 0.5 cup

Dashi (soup stock) ... 1 cup
Sesame oil ... As much as you like
Boiled octopus ... About 1 foot
Fine green onion ... As needed
Red ginger ... As needed
Tenkasu (fish cake) ... As needed
Any other ingredients you like to put in.
Sauce, dried bonito flakes, aonori seaweed
You can make your own dashi stock, but I use Kayano-ya dashi bags.
Then, add the article until it is just before the circle overflows, and then add a dollop of octopus.
Add the other ingredients roughly like a sumo wrestler sprinkling salt.
For more fun, use a long bamboo skewer (100-yen shop) and flip it over with everyone.
When ready, add sauce, aonori (green laver) and katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes).
Mayonnaise and soy sauce are also available.
