Our Story
Our chef is originally from the state of Hidalgo, Mexico, where his passion for tacos began at home. Over 20 years ago, he and his parents opened a family-owned taqueria in Actopan, Hidalgo, a city known for its rich culinary traditions.
Since then, he has dedicated himself to preserving authentic Mexican flavors. Every recipe—from the meats to the salsas—is made in-house using his own family recipes, carefully crafted to reflect the true taste of Mexico.
Our goal is simple: when you take a bite, we want you to feel like you’re tasting a small piece of Mexico, prepared with tradition, authenticity, and heart.
