This Online Monitoring Form is intended to monitor barangay compliance with the Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313), also known as the Bawal Bastos Law, which aims to prevent and address gender-based sexual harassment in public spaces, workplaces, and educational or training institutions.
Barangays are hereby directed to accomplish this form completely, truthfully, and accurately.
