Welcome to TabNest. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TabNest Chrome extension, website, subscription services, and related software features (collectively, the "Service").
By installing, accessing, or using TabNest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not install or use TabNest.
TabNest is a browser productivity extension designed to help users organize, group, manage, and restore browser tabs and tab groups.
TabNest is provided as a software productivity tool. It does not provide, control, or guarantee the availability, content, security, or performance of third-party websites or browser services.
You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
If you use TabNest on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
You may use TabNest only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and applicable third-party platform policies.
You agree not to:
misuse or interfere with the Service;
attempt to bypass subscription, licensing, or access controls;
reverse engineer, decompile, or modify TabNest except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law;
use TabNest to violate the rights, privacy, or security of another person;
use the Service in a manner that violates Google Chrome Web Store policies or other applicable third-party terms;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to TabNest systems, accounts, APIs, or infrastructure.
TabNest may request browser permissions that are necessary to provide its tab-management functionality.
Depending on the features you use, TabNest may process browser tab information such as tab identifiers, tab titles, tab URLs, tab groups, and related browser state.
This information is used only to provide the tab organization and management functionality described by TabNest.
TabNest does not sell your browsing activity or use it for personalized advertising.
For detailed information about data handling, please review the TabNest Privacy Policy.
TabNest may provide both free and paid functionality.
Premium subscriptions may include additional limits, features, or capabilities that are clearly identified within the Service.
We may modify, improve, add, or remove features over time, provided that such changes do not unlawfully deprive you of paid access for which you have already been charged.
TabNest currently offers subscription options that may include:
Weekly: $1.99 per week
Monthly: $3.99 per month
Yearly: $12.99 per year
Prices, taxes, applicable currency, and availability may vary depending on your location and the checkout information presented at the time of purchase.
Payments and subscription billing are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for applicable transactions.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.
Subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing interval selected at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal.
Paddle processes payments, billing, applicable taxes, invoices, and related transaction administration for purchases made through Paddle Checkout.
Paddle's applicable buyer terms may also apply to your purchase.
For payment-related questions, receipts, invoices, cancellations, or refund requests, Paddle may request information such as the transaction/order information and email address associated with the purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation mechanism made available through the Service or Paddle's customer management facilities.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated by Paddle, cancellation prevents future renewals while access generally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for a period that has already been charged.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable TabNest refund terms, Paddle's applicable buyer terms, and mandatory consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict a legal right to a refund or withdrawal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Please see the TabNest Refund Policy for additional information.
We aim to keep TabNest available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, browser changes, infrastructure issues, third-party service interruptions, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
TabNest may interact with third-party services, including Google Chrome/Chrome Web Store, Paddle, and hosting or infrastructure providers.
Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
TabNest does not claim ownership of or control over third-party websites, services, or content.
TabNest, including its software, branding, design, logos, website content, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to the TabNest operator and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of TabNest or its intellectual property to you.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use TabNest for its intended purpose while you comply with these Terms.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the Service.
However, no internet service, browser extension, server, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may suspend or terminate access to TabNest where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, our systems, prevent abuse or fraud, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide reasonable notice or an opportunity to remedy a violation.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TabNest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that TabNest will meet every individual requirement or operate without interruption or errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TabNest and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we may update the effective date and provide notice through the Service or website where appropriate.
Your continued use of TabNest after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
For questions about TabNest, its software, or these Terms, please contact us through the support contact published on the official TabNest website.
By installing or using TabNest, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service.
